What does Instalead do for event organizers?

Instalead gives every exhibitor at your show a lead capture app with AI-written notes and follow-up emails. You set up the event, add exhibitors and their booth reps, print QR badges and see check-in and badge readiness for the whole show.

Can we see our exhibitors’ leads?

No. Leads, notes, recordings and emails belong to the exhibitor. You see event operations only: exhibitors, booth reps, check-in and badges.

What do exhibitors need?

The Instalead app on iPhone or Android, or instalead.ca in a browser. They sign in with a 6-digit code sent to their work email.

Can we print our own badges?

Yes. Choose a badge size (3 × 4, 3.5 × 5 or 4 × 6 inches), a light or dark design, and whether to show company and title. Each badge gets its own QR code that scans straight into the booth app.

Do exhibitors keep their leads after the show?

Yes. After the show ends, exhibitors can still open and export every lead their booth captured.
